RLSA is committed to maintaining transparency, accountability, and fairness in all its operations. Our Grievance Redressal Policy allows both legal aid beneficiaries and advocate members to raise concerns related to our services or internal conduct.
Complaints can be submitted via email or through the official grievance form, and all concerns will be reviewed by the designated Grievance Officer. We aim to resolve all issues within 10 working days of receipt.
If the matter remains unresolved or requires further attention, it may be escalated to the Founder or the Legal Oversight Committee for additional review and action.
